Family Building Act of 2005.
- Donate to the organization in support of our
mission and cause. A minimum donation of $100.00
is requested.
- Complete the phone consultation with one of
our representatives, which will discuss our
program and services in detail.
Q: Can I use any doctor I choose?
A: You may select any doctor or clinic to
perform your IVF procedure, however, the clinic
must have a documented success rate of 50% or
higher.
Q: Are the price of medications included in your services?
A: Medications are included in IVF payment after
verification from insurance carriers of
non-coverage.
Q: How many times can I receive free IVF from your organization?
A: Free-IVF will pay for one IVF cycle within a
two year time span.
Q: Where do you receive your funding?
A: Funding is received from various sources to
include grant funding, private
foundation funding, fundraisers, and monthly
contributions from various sources.
